HOW MUCH DOES A YARD CARD GREETING COST?
A standard Yard Card Greeting is $75 and includes delivery, professional setup, and removal within our standard service area. Rush orders, special arrangements, or locations outside the standard area may require an additional fee.

HOW LONG WILL THE DISPLAY STAY IN THE YARD?
Displays are typically installed for 12–24 hours. We usually deliver on the evening before or the morning of the selected date and return to remove the signs after the rental period.
 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
We serve all of Shelby County, Ohio, plus communities within a 15-mile radius of McCartyville. Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether an address is included.
 

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC COLORS OR THEMES?
Yes. We welcome requests for specific colors, interests, sports, hobbies, and themes. Requests are fulfilled based on available inventory and cannot be guaranteed, but we will create a coordinated display that fits the celebration.
 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
Book as early as possible, especially for weekends, graduation season, and popular dates. Orders placed within 24 hours are considered rush requests and are not guaranteed. A rush fee may apply.
 

DOES THE RECIPIENT NEED TO KNOW?
The greeting can still be a surprise, but someone at the property should know about the installation. Please arrange for sprinklers to be turned off, pets to be contained, and lawn service to be paused while the display is in place.
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Safety comes first. We cannot install or remove signs during lightning or other hazardous conditions. If weather prevents installation, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund when rescheduling is not possible, according to our Terms & Conditions.
 

CAN THE SIGNS BE MOVED?
No. All signs remain the property of Yard Card Greeting and should not be moved, altered, or removed without permission. Please contact us if a display needs attention.
 

WHAT TYPE OF YARD IS REQUIRED?
Signs are installed with stakes and require a safe, accessible grassy area. We may be unable to install in rock, concrete, artificial turf, extremely hard or saturated ground, or areas with safety or access concerns.
 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may receive a partial refund or may be rescheduled for the full amount paid. Same-day cancellations may not be refundable. See the Terms & Conditions for complete details.
 

CAN YOU CREATE A DISPLAY FOR A SCHOOL, TEAM, OR BUSINESS?
Absolutely. We welcome celebrations for schools, sports teams, clubs, nonprofits, and businesses, including championships, employee recognition, anniversaries, grand openings, and community events.
